It’s Week 2 of the FlexFit 4 Week Winter Workout!
This Week: LEG DAY

- Step Ups
- Toe Taps
- Single Leg Box Jumps
- Box Squats with a Medicine Ball
- High Box Jumps (coming up to standing each time)
- TRX Hamstring Curls
- Weighted Double Walking Lunges
- Dumbbell Romanian Deadlifts
You can either do each exercise one after the other in a circuit formation, and do three total circuits OR do three sets of each exercises before moving on to the next. If you do the circuit formation, try not to take longer than 5-10 seconds switching over to the next exercise and aim for 30 seconds rest in-between circuits.
1st Set/Circuit: Each exercise for 30 seconds
2nd Set/Circuit: Each exercise for 45 seconds
3rd Set/Circuit: Each exercise for 60 seconds
