Week 1 of the FlexFit 4 Week Winter Workout!


This Week: The Abs Blast

  1. Bench Jumps
  2. Criss Cross
  3. Side to Side V Sit Raises
  4. Leg Raise into Walkout into Spiderman Push Up
  5. Sideways Steps
  6. Swiss Ball Tucks
  7. Swiss Ball Star Sit Ups
  8. Side Plank (each side)


You can either do each exercise one after the other in a circuit formation, and do three total circuits OR do three sets of each exercises before moving on to the next.

1st Set: Each exercise for 30 seconds

2nd Set: Each exercise for 45 seconds

3rd Set: Each exercise for 60 seconds
