- Bench Jumps
- Criss Cross
- Side to Side V Sit Raises
- Leg Raise into Walkout into Spiderman Push Up
- Sideways Steps
- Swiss Ball Tucks
- Swiss Ball Star Sit Ups
- Side Plank (each side)
You can either do each exercise one after the other in a circuit formation, and do three total circuits OR do three sets of each exercises before moving on to the next.
1st Set: Each exercise for 30 seconds
2nd Set: Each exercise for 45 seconds
3rd Set: Each exercise for 60 seconds
