I’ve put workouts 4 & 5 in the same post for a couple of reasons. First of all, they both took place quite a while ago.
So it didn’t really cross my mind to log our hike up Adams Peak (Sri Pada) in Sri Lanka as a workout.
The day we left Tom and I decided to fit in one final workout at the hotel gym in Dubai.
I wanted to make the most of having a gym in the hotel in Dubai, because that’s a luxury that we certainly aren’t going to get in any Thai hostels or Sri Lankan guest houses!

Last month marked the halfway point of the Fit Bride Bootcamp. With the race to the finish line in sight Staci and I have upped our weekly sessions. We’re now training at least twice a week.
Forget your sit ups, crunches or Russian twists- if you really want to feel those abdominals burning then using a TRX is the way to go.
