There are so many myths and misconceptions in the world of fitness and I would hazard a guess that a good 90% of these revolve around the core and abdominal muscles.
When it comes to appointments, sessions, classes, clients and even social events, I’m a very on time person. In my mind “on time” has a sub-clause which is “with five-ten minutes to spare”.

Last month marked the halfway point of the Fit Bride Bootcamp. With the race to the finish line in sight Staci and I have upped our weekly sessions. We’re now training at least twice a week.
