I feel like coffee has been getting a bit of bad press in the fitness world recently.
“You’ll love it” said my friend Yas, as we drove into the small car park around the back of F45 Kingston, which sits unsuspectingly, in a disused warehouse off the main road.
Ahh leg day. The one workout that everybody loves to hate. (And maybe just secretly loves?) Leg day has made a bit of a name for itself in the fitness world.
Month two of the Fit Bride Bootcamp has been great. It’s much easier now that we’re both in the same country!
I’ve been getting a little bit naggy about things like nutrition.
Urm, so how is it the end of March already?!
I swear I have this same conversation with at least one of my clients every week.
I was really pleased with the response from last month’s killer upper body TRX workout. So I decided to make it into a bit of a mini series.
When I was about 9 years old I used to hang upside down from the stairs leading up to the first floor of our house.
A client said something to me the other week that, honestly, made my day.
“You’ve just made me realise what my body is capable of”.
It wasn’t a dramatic statement at all.

The first time I gave up something for lent I was about 9 years old. A big group of friends and I decided that we would all be giving up chocolate.
