Those who read my last post will already know that I would much rather spend a bit of money on a fun fitness class on holiday than go on-the-cheap with a few hotel room squats.
When it comes to appointments, sessions, classes, clients and even social events, I’m a very on time person. In my mind “on time” has a sub-clause which is “with five-ten minutes to spare”.
